The Challenge
RetailMax was operating on an outdated e-commerce system that couldn't handle their growing traffic. They needed a modern, scalable solution that could support multi-vendor operations, handle peak traffic during sales events, and provide a seamless mobile shopping experience.
Our Solution
We built a custom microservices-based platform on AWS that auto-scales during traffic spikes. The frontend uses React with server-side rendering for optimal performance and SEO. We implemented a headless CMS for flexible content management and integrated with Stripe and PayPal for secure payments.
